Help raise funds for Demarest Elementary simply by providing some information! Your child/ren brought home the following flyer during the first few days of school. Please complete and return it to the Brookdale Shop Rite Customer Service Desk by September 30.
Only originals are accepted so you cannot print the attachment. There are extras in the Demarest Main Office or email the requested information to boxtops@demaresthsa.org and we’ll submit a completed form for you. We receive $5 per redeemed voucher – up to $1000!
