Celebrate your 6th Grader with a 24”X36”, personalized graduation lawn sign! Complete the form
below and return it, with $37. Please send checks payable to: Budget Print Center or exact cash
(no change will be given) in an envelope addressed to the HSA with your child’s and the teacher’s
name on it, to your child’s teacher no later than April 17, 2023–NO EXCEPTIONS!

Signs will be available for pick up starting the week of May 8th. Parents are responsible for pick up at Budget Print, Address: 332 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ.
