Registration is now open for Volleyball Clinic! Clinic will be held on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS from May 2 – May 30 in the Demarest Elementary School Gym. We would like to invite Coach Carlo Edra in his second year of volleyball clinic at Demarest HSA. If your child is eager to improve their volleyball skills, then this clinic may be of interest to you. Serious participants only, we will only accept 30 students per session this year.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (3rd & 4th Graders)
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5th & 6th Graders)
In order to participate in the clinic, please complete the following :
1. Completed Registration Form
2. Completed Code of Conduct
3. Completed Permission and Insurance Form
4. Completed Photo Release
5.Copy of Insurance Card (Front & Back) – email to volleyball@demaresthsa.org – you will receive a confirmation email. Please note: Children will not be able to participate without insurance.
6. $40 – Check or Cheddar Up (online payment) – Check made payable to Demarest HSA – in an envelope labeled “Volleyball Clinic”, with your child’s name and their teacher. This can be sent into school with your child. ($25 returned check fee)
