Registration is now open for 2-3rd grade Basketball Clinic for the 2024-2025 season. Clinic will be on Mondays from January 6 until March 17 at the Demarest School Gym.
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – 2nd graders
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM – 3rd graders
The fee to register is $25 per child.
*Registration closes on Friday, December 13th*
Accepted forms of payment are Online Payment, Cash or Check made payable to: Demarest HSA
In order to participate in the clinic, please complete the following:
1. Completed Registration Form
2. Completed Permission and Insurance Form
3. Photo Release
4. Copy of Insurance Card (Front & Back): Email to: basketballclinic@demaresthsa.org
Please note: Children will not be able to participate without insurance
5. Registration Fee – $25 Check, Cash or online payment. Check made payable to “Demarest HSA” in an envelope labeled “2/3 Grade Basketball Clinic”, with your child’s name and their teacher sent to school.
